I ordered a wrap to begin with but was too small , Elliot and the team were great in allowing me send back. Also needed something quick as my frenchie was struggling from a ivdd episode,
Elliot was amazing I ordered large pad from his recommendation and it was delivered in 24 hrs.
Excellent service
Also responds to emails very quickly
Thank you Jon, really glad we could help find the right product so quickly. Your Frenchie looks absolutely gorgeous in that photo, and as fellow Frenchie owners we know just how much they like to make themselves comfortable. We really hope the large pad becomes a comforting and positive part of the daily routine. Mila sends her love to a fellow Frenchie and we’d love to hear how things progress.

Fantastic product and outstanding customer service
I bought the ChillyPup Red Light Therapy Pad for my 11-year-old Labrador, Murphy, who has spinal arthritis, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service I’ve received.
Customer service has been excellent from the very beginning, both before I ordered and afterwards. When I recently had an issue with the controller, ChillyPup responded incredibly quickly, helped identify the problem and immediately arranged a replacement, while reassuring me that Murphy could continue using his pad in the meantime.
The pad itself is so easy to use. Murphy has 30 minutes under it every evening and, rather surprisingly, he genuinely seems to enjoy his “blanket time”! He settles down happily and it has become part of our nightly routine.
Most importantly, since using it consistently I’ve noticed a really positive change in him. Obviously his red light therapy is only one part of managing his arthritis, but he has been noticeably more comfortable, playful and much more like his old self. For an older dog with a chronic condition, seeing that change is priceless.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ChillyPup — a great product from a small company that genuinely seems to care about the dogs using it and the people who love them. Murphy and I are very happy customers. ❤️🐾
Thank you Stella, this genuinely means so much to us. Murphy sounds like an absolutely wonderful dog and reading that he's more comfortable, more playful and more like his old self is exactly why we started ChillyPup. His 'blanket time' is now our favourite phrase.
We're really glad we could sort the controller issue quickly, that's exactly how we want every customer to feel supported, before they order and long after. Murphy and you are very much part of the ChillyPup family now.

Bought for alba who is almost 14. Its definitely making a difference to the point of when i put it on my brothers rottie roxy that alba got upset 😅. They have learned to share. I have noticed a difference in her mobility, especially after big days. Think im needing a second for poor roxy ☺️
Thank you Janice, this really made us smile. Alba clearly knows what she's on to and we can't blame her for not wanting to share. We love to hear it's made such a positive difference, especially after those bigger adventure days. It sounds like it's become a firm favourite in the household, and maybe Roxy should be writing to Santa this year.

Very pleased with everything. Great service, communication as well as advice. Seems a very genuine business. Have only started using the large pad, so too early to say how good it will be , but hoping will help Alfie , our 15 year old staffy's rear legs/hips. Managed eventually to gently place it over his back while sleeping and he seemed fine with it, long may it continue.
Thank you Bruce, and what a wonderful boy Alfie is at 15. It sounds like you found exactly the right moment to introduce it and we're really glad he took to it so well. We hope it becomes a comforting part of his routine and brings him some ease in those rear legs and hips. We'd love to hear how he gets on.

I use this red light therapy pad as part of my dog’s regime for arthritis. It really has helped her cope with the changes in her joints: added bonus is that she enjoys the warmth especially after her walk.
Thank you Jann, it's really lovely to hear the small pad has become such a comforting part of her arthritis routine. Enjoying the warmth after a walk is exactly what we hope for, and it's wonderful to know she looks forward to her sessions. We'd absolutely love to see a picture of her enjoying it if you ever get the chance to share one.
